Dale Ischia


With over 16 years in private practice, Dale is one of the most experienced Exercise Rehabilitation practitioners currently operating in Melbourne.  Such is the respect for her work within the industry, she has regularly been seconded to design and implement Exercise Rehabilitation programs in many public and private companies including Crown Casino and Nine Network Television.  Dale’s long and distinguished career has involved stints consulting to renowned medical clinics such as Metropolitan Spinal Clinic, Brighton Spinal and Sports Medicine Clinic and Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre (SA).  She is currently recommended by many of Melbourne’s top surgeons and medical specialists as a preferred provider of Exercise Rehabilitation programs.  Dale thrives on continually extending her skill base, gaining several further qualifications including a Diploma of Remedial Massage since completing her Masters Degree. She incorporates her wide-ranging body of knowledge into her treatment methodology with an enviable rate of success in the treatment of chronic back pain, chronic fatigue, stroke rehabilitation, balance issues, pre & post hip replacement, cancer recovery and various lesser known conditions.

As a former director of the Victorian Chapter of national body, ESSA, she has played a significant role in the development of career paths for Exercise Physiologists and continues to ‘fly the flag’ in Government, Insurance and Medical circles.

Brad Taylor


Brad is an ESSA accredited Exercise Physiologist with 11 years experience in all facets of the Health Promotion Industry. 

He has owned and managed Personal Training and Corporate Health companies, lectured in Sport, Health Management and Exercise Science at a Tertiary Level and consulted to all manner of companies from small businesses and Government departments to Multi-nationals in range of health related areas, such as work-injury rehabilitation, injury prevention, developing and implementing health initiatives, stress management and work conditioning. 

He has a proven track record motivating individuals and companies to invest in health and consistently exceed expectations when it comes to program delivery. 

He has recently completed his practitioner’s certificate in Bowen Therapy and he is continually searching for new ways to further develop his skill base and value-add in all aspects of his profession.

Ryan Free


Ryan is an ESSA accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Masters in Exercise for Rehabilitation.

Ryan joins the MEPG team from a 3-year stint in Brisbane working in both Private and Public Health.  Ryan has worked on both sides of the WorkCover system, gaining experience as a Rehabilitation Case Manager for WorkCover Queensland and applying knowledge and skills developed in that role into private practice as an Exercise Physiologist.  His clinical skills have been honed working with a myriad of different conditions in private practice.  Clients ranging from Dept. of Veteran Affairs, WorkCover, Medicare Chronic Disease Management and Private rehabilitation clients have all benefited from Ryan’s knowledge and proficiency.  Ryan’s expertise cover advanced exercise prescription, massage and hydrotherapy and he is highly capable conducting group classes as well as individual sessions.

Ryan has a specific interest in helping DVA clients and relishes the challenge presented by chronic heart conditions.  He lists fall prevention, diabetes management and return-to-work programs as other areas of practice he enjoys.  Whenever clients are asked to provide feedback on Ryan’s work, attention to detail and a willingness to extend a level of care beyond what is expected are two themes that consistently appear.

Justin Bedford

Justin is an ESSA accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Masters in Exercise for Rehabilitation.

After completing his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, Justin embarked on 3 years in the industry gaining valuable experience in the field of Exercise Rehabilitation.  He spent significant time working closely with respected industry figure,  taking individual sessions, hydrotherapy classes and all manner of Workplace injury prevention workshops.  This experience instilled a strong desire to continue learning and pursue a career utilising exercise as a treatment modality for injury and chronic illness.   

He returned to Victoria University to complete his Masters in Exercise for Rehabilitation during which he gained further experience at Monash Medical assisting patients with end-stage renal failure and VUER Clinic working with Cardio-Pulmonary conditions.  Around the same time, Justin completed a clinical placement at MEPG and we were immediately impressed with his advanced clinical skills across a broad range of conditions, initiative, instant rapport with clients and willingness to contribute to improving the client experience.  So much so, that we thought he would make a great addition to our team and offered him a position upon graduation.

Justin has developed a solid repertoire of skills in the Exercise Rehabilitation field.  His interests lie in chronic disease management, neurological conditions, and musculoskeletal injury and dysfunction.

Stephanie Ng

Stephanie is an ESSA accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Masters in Exercise for Rehabilitation.

Stephanie is currently in Cambodia on assignment working with amputees.

She has gained vast experience in the rehabilitation process through her involvement with various organizations including Epworth Hospital, Dorset Rehabilitation Centre, John Fawkner Hospital, Austin Hospital and Thomas Street Clinic. As an allied health professional, she has acquired an intimate knowledge of rehabilitation programs for hip replacement, total knee replacement and spinal surgeries as well as stroke and traumatic brain injury.

In addition to her University qualifications, Stephanie has undertaken further studies in the practice of Clinical Pilates. Currently practising as a professional instructor, she regularly draws on her understanding of pilates principles to add another dimension to her work as an exercise physiologist.

Stephanie is a 7-time international medallist in competitive Tae Kwon Do and understands the value of dedication and persistence in the journey toward attaining one’s exercise-related goals. Her unique skill set has allowed Stephanie to develop a highly effective, client-centred approach to the process of exercise rehabilitation and the development of functional fitness.
