Join our Ageless Program if:
You know you should be exercising
You have a goal of hiking, surfing, golf, or simply aging well
You want to overcome your obstacles and want more from your body
You want to lower your chance of injury by targeting specific areas of weakness or imbalance identified by our clinicians
You want to get in shape, improve your cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility and overall quality of life
You need help setting realistic and achievable goals
You are interested in preventative health
Session Types - With all of our programs, you can choose between exercising one-on-one, as part of a group class, or independently.
We welcome people from all walks of life at MEPG/MBC. If you would like to join one of our oncology specific groups but have a different gender identity than stated below, please contact reception to discuss the most suitable class.

How Our Group Classes Work
Run by highly experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologists.
Capped at 6 participants for personalised attention and comprehensive supervision.
Each participant follows their own tailor-made program designed to suit their individual needs.
Group Class Term Timing
Term 1: January, February & March
Term 2: April, May & June
Term 3: July, August & September
Term 4: October, November & December
